About The Role:

We are looking for a talented Food Safety & Quality Manager who is able to support the expansive growth of our dark store business, pandamart. The role will directly influence the day-to-day decision making within our Food Safety & Quality Management across our Malaysia portfolio.

Requirements:

•Tertiary qualification in Computer Science/Engineering or any relevant qualification with at least 5 years’ IT experience in IT systems delivery and testing

•Experience in software engineering / enterprise architecture across multiple products, systems and platforms coupled with strong business acumen experience in solutions design and enterprise architecture delivering IT solutions for both legacy and modern applications

•Strong understanding of testing concepts and how testing fits in with the overall project life cycle. Ability to develop and manage all aspects of the testing effort.

•Knowledge of the continuous integration environment with automated testing components implemented

This position reports to the FDF Sr. Manager Food Safety and Quality Assurance. Accountabilities

• Actively assist in the training and development of FDF Management and Associates on food safety guidelines, fostering participation, accountability and engagement
• Provide technical expertise and support to the field on projects designed to improve our food quality, food safety and sanitation.
• Conduct periodic internal audits in the assigned FDFs to ensure we remain in compliance with all local, state, and federal (FDA) regulatory agencies.
• Collaborate and work in tandem with Support Quality Assurance to resolve food safety issues relating to fresh dough and produce.
• Support and drive the execution of key food safety initiatives in our fresh dough manufacturing facilities.
• Drive Continuous Improvement across the FDFs by sharing best practices and promoting standardization.

Other Functions

• Understanding of Sanitation, Sanitary Design, Process workflows, food defense
• General knowledge of basic process improvement tools such as 5 Whys and root cause analysis.

Education

• B.S. in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field
• Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, SharePoint

Experience

• Knowledge and understanding of requirements for GFSI Certification
• Knowledge of food microbiology, food safety, food safety controls, food defense, sanitary design, sanitation, internal auditing, and cGMPs
• Technical and professional knowledge as it relates to Regulatory Compliance, FSMA, and HARPC.
• 3-5 years of work-related experience in food industry, bakery manufacturing and/or produce experience desired.
• Prior Auditing experience
• Mock recalls and/or Recalls-Withdrawals experience.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast pace and plant environment

Job Summary

Membership

• Manage the Star Alliance Membership Portfolio of Full Star Alliance Members, Connecting and Intermodal Partners.
• Manage the implementation of business objectives and governance guidelines into day-to-day processes with the members.
• Prepare and conduct the Membership Liaison and Quality Committee, a key governance forum
• Management of Expert Communities in cross-functional business areas (Data analytics, Marketing/Brand, and commercial functions)
• Coordinating the full lifecycle management of Star Alliance members, from new carrier integrations, lifecycle, and exits of members.
• Planning membership entry and exit projects.
• Develop, implement, and maintain collaborative working procedures between Members and the Star Alliance management organization.
• Manage and develop the intra-alliance collaboration tools (Today: StarDesk), including Vendor, IT, procurement, implementation, and lifecycle management.

Business Development

• Manage the overall implementation of business-related compliance requirements for the Star Alliance Members.
• Manage the implementation and distribution of the annual release & publication of Star Alliance Core Values & Standards and the Customer Reference Guide

Quality Management

• Continuously monitor compliance adherence by Star Alliance members through central measurements and annual audits.
• Conduct the planning, organization, reporting and follow-up of member airline audits and passenger journey inspections.
• Continuous review and improvement of the Core Values & Standards, compliance management, and audit concept.

Your Profile

• University business degree, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Overall knowledge of the airline & aviation industry in strategic areas, airline corporate functions, quality management, and airline-industry related business functions.
• Advanced knowledge of airline partner and alliance management structures through all levels of collaboration.
• Effective communication and experienced in partner relationship management.
• Competent in negotiation and conflict management.
• Able to cope with time pressure, ability to work with speed, independently and in teams.

[What you will be working on]

To align with the Digital Government Blueprint’s vision of “Digital to the Core, and Serves with Heart”, LTA is embarking on a digital transformation journey by harnessing new technologies to drive broader efforts to revamp the digital platform, develop and integrate enterprise-wide IT systems. We envision to leverage cloud services such as government commercial cloud infrastructure for enhanced business agility and build stakeholder-centric services that cater to businesses’ needs.
You will be responsible for quality assurance through carefully curated testing standards, methodologies and automations for the development of applications across legacy and new systems for the transformation and modernisation of applications.
You will be involved in:
•Collaborating with business analysts, technical architects, application and integration leads, frontend and backend development teams to understand the requirements, identify key areas of testing required across application, infrastructure and security domains and implement testing activities to address the testing needs of these areas
•Defining overall testing strategy to ensure that IT systems meet required quality standards. This includes test frameworks, test methodologies, test planning, test team management, test execution, test automation, stakeholder communication etc.
•Developing test plans, test scenarios, test scripts, test conditions, test data and test cases with expected results for tests such as integration, interfaces, user story acceptance, regression, smoke, system, performance, deployment and user acceptance tests.
•Managing all aspects of the testing efforts, including plans, interdependencies, schedule and tools etc. required
•Creating and building high quality, maintainable, and performant code for automated test cases identified and the frameworks to execute and report them
•Ensuring that defect tracking (identification, fixing, re-testing) is properly addressed and all testing results are easily accessible and understandable.
•Reviewing test results to ensure that they meet the acceptance criteria, work with development team to resolve any issues that arise out of the testing process and report the test status to stakeholders involved

[What we are looking for]

•Tertiary qualification in Computer Science/Engineering or any relevant qualification with at least 5 years’ IT experience in IT systems delivery and testing
•Experience in software engineering / enterprise architecture across multiple products, systems and platforms coupled with strong business acumen experience in solutions design and enterprise architecture delivering IT solutions for both legacy and modern applications
•Strong understanding of testing concepts and how testing fits in with the overall project life cycle. Ability to develop and manage all aspects of the testing effort.
•Knowledge of the continuous integration environment with automated testing components implemented
•Knowledge in IT automation tools IT infrastructure and applications and automated testing concepts for web development
•Ability to review project deliverables for completeness, quality, and compliance with established project standards.
•Able to document and follow detailed instructions within test scripts as well as defects tracking documents (i.e., steps to recreate the problem)
•Ability to document and communicate the status of testing progress against plans, taking corrective action as necessary
•Ability to define, implement, and maintain project process guidance related to testing
