In a challenging and multicultural environment, we seek a Business Analyst / QA to join our Core Banking IT department which is in charge of developing and maintaining the International Back Office Cash Management System of CACIB. This information system is deployed in 25 business units all around the world. The system has multiple modules to manage reference data, commercial back office functions (payments, remittances, loans, deposits, guarantees, letters of credit …), accounting, management control and credit risk monitoring. The system caters to local regulatory reporting needs and head office reporting, based on a data warehouse.

The candidate will be in charge of analyzing the requirements, writing specifications & test scenarios/cases, maintaining and building the payment system of the bank. The role will focus primarily on functional analysis and quality assurance of the build and delivery required for the evolutions of the in-house or vendor’s solution.

Main responsibilities

• Executing Business Analysis best practices and Engagement of Stakeholders across Front-to-Back functions.
• Responsible for all analysis of functional requirements arising from the requirements of business stakeholders, business users and technology.

Global Project and Alliance Management (GPAM) sits in the Research & Development Division at our company's (known as our Research Laboratories, or our Research Division). The CIPM Senior Specialist, Project Manager, is a core member of DCTs, partnering with team leads to develop strategies and execute our Company's drug and vaccine development efforts to progress the R&D pipeline. The Business Service Representative is responsible for creating, maintaining and improving customer relationships while interacting with customers on a daily basis. Provide quality professional customer service that consistently meets or exceeds company standards of excellence and customer expectations via chat/email and phone support. Responsible for creating, maintaining and improving customer relationships while interacting with customers on a daily basis

What you will do

• Answer customer calls and emails and chat providing prompt issue resolution
• Manage outbound calls to gain information and/or follow up to resolve customer issues
• Contribute to positive metrics:  First contact resolution, quality, customer satisfaction, schedule adherence, productivity, etc.
• Manage client dialog while documenting details of client interaction in CRM Salesforce
• Ability to be Dependable for work schedule, and work on-site 5 days a week
• Available to attend 6 weeks of training on a fixed schedule

What experience you need

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
• Detailed oriented with an ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Exhibit strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
• Regular attendance is an essential function of the job

What could set you apart

• Experience with managing high-volume inbound and outbound calls
• 3 years of experience in a B2B customer support environment
• Skilled at effectively assessing customer audience and adjusting style and tone to match the customer
• Proficiency in Salesforce Service
