SALARY RANGE : THB 14,400 - THB 21,600
A DAY IN A LIFE
As a start up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:
1. Assist the Manager in monitoring and organizing all activities within the cargo terminal and apron.
2. Represent the cargo services division as the focal point for all activities and queries from customers.
3. Ensure reliable customer service delivery and on time performance maintained by providing leadership, operational direction and resources required.
4. Motivate, coach and support supervisors and other operations staff to ensure that the team achieves targets and provides total customer satisfaction.
5. Responsible to ensure that all cargo staff adheres to the company policies and procedures, upholding safety and security.
6. Implement a review and risk assessment process on all SOPs and working practices to identify any unsafe practice areas for quality improvement.
7. Handle critical issues through liaison with station managers, airport authorities and internal departments to effectively deal with situations.
9. Coordinate with the Ramp team effectively.
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
2. 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or relevant experience.
3. Knowledge of warehouse software and technologies.
4. Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
5. Ability to multitask, prioritize and delegate tasks effectively.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Demonstrated skills in training, coaching, and mentoring employees.
8. Certified Certificate in any area, basic Microsoft Office are preferably.
9.Proficient in oral and written English and Thai
