Job Description
1. Process invoices promptly and organize payment requisition from different project vendors;
2. Participation in project related meetings, meeting minutes record and follow up on action items;
3. Autocad knowledge is a must
4. Coordination of various engineering tasks and manage document control;
5. Handle incoming / outgoing office correspondence, including project drawings and other relevant documents;
6. Receive, check and accurately record information in the Project Management Information System (PMIS);

Responsibilities and Duties
· Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information.
· Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes.
· Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives.
· Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
· Make sure that client needs are met as projects progress.
· Oversee project procurement management.
· Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
· Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all interested parties.

Qualifications
· Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
· Minimum 3 years of working experience in project management (preferably in Telco/ISP industry)
· Possess a good understanding of project coordination.
· Effective communication, interpersonal, organizational, and planning skills.
· Ability to work independently and responsibly in a dynamic environment,

Since 1980, MDI has supplied customers with quality aluminium precision-machined and die-casting product to clients in a range of industries and geographies. 1) To assist superior on project planning, define project scope, set project milestones, and ensure successful execution of the project.
2) To conduct feasibility studies / cost estimation, conceptual design, design development and construction management.
3) To review and check through the content of draft tender documents and BQ for standardization, improvement and correctness.
4) To follow-up with Local Authorities and external departments on all submission and granting approvals within stipulated timelines.
5) To assist superior to coordinate, liaise and attend meeting with consultants and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time.
6) To check and ensure the progress claims made by contractors are in order.
7) To ensure any variation of work and the statement of final accounts are in order and completed within stipulated timelines.
8) Keeping of necessary records and job files and maintain good administration records control.
9) To support other departments on technical issues, sales & marketing and handover of projects.
10) Minimum 3 years working experience in a similar capacity with good exposure in project and construction management.
