- Up to 37 hours per week, Full Time and Part Time, Permanent
- Salary: £28,188 per annum - £32,772 per annum (dependent on experience, Pro Rata for Part Time hours)

We are seeking enthusiastic individual who is passionate about using their knowledge and skills to coach and mentor the next generation of Apprentices within the Construction industry.
This is a highly rewarding role where no two days are the same and the successful candidate will enjoy the benefits of managing their own diary, working with diverse individuals, and travelling across the East of England.
You will be responsible for caseload of Apprenticeships students, coaching, mentoring and assessing their competencies. You will work alongside employers and your colleagues to support the development of Apprentices skills, knowledge and behaviours to prepare them for End Point Assessment on a one-to-one basis in their workplace.
The successful candidate will have at least 3 years industry experience in Site Carpentry/Carpentry and Joinery.
If you would be new to the world of education, please don't worry as full training would be provided. Previous experience of coaching and mentoring others would be an advantage; however, we provide an in-depth induction and a structured development programme for you to become a qualified trainer/assessor.
You will be required to visit apprentices and their employers so use of your own vehicle is required.

* This will be paid as £1,500 at the end of first month of employment and £1,500 after six months completed service.
