• Oversees the execution of organizational policies, procedures, and regulations, and is responsible for staff management, coordination, and execution of mission support programs that support organizational goals.
• Develops uniform management policies and staff management principles and guidance for all mission support programs.
• Provides subordinate supervisors with guidance and procedures designed to effectively support the mission requirements of the organization.
• Provide guidance and assistance in the planning, developing, and executing of all programs, coordinate efforts with directors and appropriate staff element.
• Plans, directs, and controls the allocation and utilization of all authorized resources for execution of the mission.
• Determine and direct organizational functions in a coordinate with assigned mission to meet known and foreseeable needs.
• Provides authoritative interpretation and instructions on laws, regulations, policies, and procedures, and develops guidance on appropriate course of action.
• Coordinates efforts of key personnel in accomplishing missions, particularly where a correlation of organization functions between senior leadership, key managers, and develop department heads is required.
• Plans, direct, and controls the allocation and utilization of all authorized resources for execution of the mission within branch.
• Provides oversight and review of the real property management services program and facility all aspects of real property which includes the planning, acquisition, management, administration, budget, funding, and disposition.
• Provide executive staff level advisory services to all levels within the organization on specific and organizational wide issues that impact programs.
• Provide authoritative interpretation and instructions on laws, regulations, policies and procedures, and develop guidance on appropriate course of action.
• Assure that subordinates are trained and fully compliant with the provisions of security regulations. Assures appearance to supply, budget, and safety programs and proper application of such programs.

Starting at $117,518 Per Year (GS 15)

• Processing supplier's invoices, staff claims and intercompany invoices;
• Preparing monthly creditor reconciliations and audit schedules;
• Preparing weekly cashflow forecast to meet payments;
• Month-end and year-end closing;
• Reconciling and following up for outstanding items on clearing accounts, creditors' aging and bank reconciliations;
• Communicating/liaising with suppliers, Business Units, auditors and statutory bodies;
• Ensuring compliance with the company's procedures;
• Preparing and filing of government related taxes.
• Administrative and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
