As the Compliance Consultant, you are primarily responsible for designing and implementing compliance policies and processes, developing and rolling out a risk management framework and running our internal audit. The scope of this role extends from the fund manager to its various fund strategies.

Key responsibilities:

What You Will Do:

• Provide penetration testing services using a variety of tactics, techniques, and procedures to identify exploitable vulnerabilities in networks and systems while also measuring compliance with organizational security policies, testing whether staff are aware of security issues, and ultimately determining the organization’s risk to cybersecurity threats.
• Perform network mapping and reconnaissance, document Rules of Engagement to guide the scope, develops test plan, and assists with acquiring management approval.

Position Summary:

This highly responsible administrative and professional position coordinates efforts to ensure the organization’s quality assurance and performance improvement program is planned, integrated and managed at the branch level for the assigned region. Under the guidance of the Director of Quality the incumbent shall utilize a data driven focus that sets priorities for improvements to include operational efficiencies aligned to regulatory requirements and strategic initiatives. Qualifications:
Must be a graduate from an accredited school of nursing and be currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) by the State of Florida or State of Alabama. A minimum of three (3) years of clinical nursing experience in hospice and/or home health. Strong ability to prioritize and manage broad tasks and work independently. Advanced communication skills and the ability to interact competently with all levels of leaders and staff is essential. Reliable transportation, valid state of Florida or Alabama driver's license, as applicable depending on assignment, and current automobile liability insurance is required. RNs must possess current CPR certification. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing is preferred.

Serves as key function/business/product compliance risk manager and thought leader for Independent Compliance Risk Management (ICRM) responsible for establishing internal strategies, policies, procedures, processes, and programs to prevent violations of law, rule, or regulation and design and deliver a risk management framework that maintains risk levels within the firm's risk appetite and protect the franchise. Responsibilities:
