-Assist in the review and assessment of the applicability and adequacy of trust assets intended to be injected by clients
-Assist to execute follow-up plans to assist clients in nominating the assets intended to be injected into the trust
-Assist in the review of various types of assets and work with clients on the appropriate mode of transfer and the necessary actions to effect the transfer
-Keep tab on possible problems in asset earmarking and flag out and/or address issues as appropriate
-Assist in the input of asset earmarking-related comments/notes into Client Management System
-Follow-up and assist in the review of trust asset-related documentations provided by settlors
-Follow up and secure possession of assets earmarked for trust accounts, enforcing all rights/claims against third parties where necessary
-Prepare reports on asset earmarking-related status/issues
-Perform analysis and prepare relevant statistical trends/analysis on asset earmarking
-Liaise with relevant organizations/stakeholders such as CPF Board, insurance companies, HDB etc. on trust asset-related issues
-Undertake and perform other tasks and duties as assig ned based on the Company's needs
Technical Competencies:-
-knowledge in trust, insurance policies, property law and estate planning (e.g. will making, intestacy law, CPF nomination, LPAs etc.)
-Proficient in Microsoft Office
Core Competencies:
-Effective written and verbal communication skill
-Service oriented with effective interpersonal skills
Preferred achievements / characteristics:
-Degree preferably in Business/Finance/Banking. Diploma holders majoring in legal studies with 2 – 3 years of relevant experience may be considered
