What will be your role as a Supply Chain Financial Analyst Intern:

As a Supply Chain Financial Analyst Intern, you have a fantastic chance to:

• Assist the senior financial analyst in a Supply Chain Organization with the logistics and warehousing spend

• learn how logistics spend is accounted for in the financial statements, accrual processes that take place and deep dive data analytics with the Operations Team to assess the reasoning behind trends and outlooks

• Gain hands-on experience in a corporate environment.

• Explore various career paths within a top technology company.

What does this mean in detail? You will:

• Help with the analysis of the financial and logistics spend for a Supply Chain organization

• Execute the end of month financial processes including accrual submissions

• Deep dive and analyse the data – provide insights on data trends and discrepancies

• Require a self-motivated person who can problem solve and perform root cause analysis when looking at financial and operational data

• Require more advance “ad hoc” reporting by PL, by type of freight movement, by carrier, be service, etc.

As part of the European Logistics Operations team, you will be an intern supporting our Total Customer Experience program based in Barcelona, Sant Cugat. You will learn on HP logistics network and processes and support our continuous customer satisfaction improvement initiatives.

Your ability to analyze data, make the link between operational processes and data, and communicate efficiently will be key success factors for the position.

Main Responsibilities

• Analyze logistics performance data and uncover mis performance root causes.

• Propose and develop new analytical solutions or automations to improve analysis efficiency and reduce manual effort.

• Re-think and implement automations on current processes within the logistics team.

• Support data analysis on the Total Customer Experience program, specifically in the logistics field.

What are we looking for?

• Third- or fourth-year student, as well as master’s, currently enrolled in an engineering bachelor. Academic agreement is required.

• Strong knowledge on Excel. Previous experience with Power BI and Power Automate would be a plus.

• Strong data analytics and reporting skills: availability to analyze data and interpret it correctly to offer new optimization solutions.

• Proactive, curious, and dynamic personality: Capacity and eagerness to learn quickly new tools, processes, methods, etc.

• Solid adaptability and project management skills:  Adapt quickly in a highly dynamic environment such as logistics and be able to offer new solution to manage more efficiently projects.

• Knowledge in supply chain functions is a plus.

• Fluent in English.

Position Overview:

As an intern at our Supply Chain Innovations Planning (SCIP) Hub, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making and process optimization within our supply chain operations. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our talented team to enhance our supply chain analytics capabilities, utilizing coding skills and Microsoft Power BI expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Understanding our current processes and support daily/weekly report generation and ad hoc task required
• Work with the supply chain operations team to analyse data from various sources (eg. ERP, Rapid Response ,PBI etc)
• Identify opportunities to optimize supply chain processes and procedures through data analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop report/processes to reduce complexity and improve efficiency
• Present findings and insights to the supply chain operations team for next course of action
• Display keen interest in the Digital space (web page, Gen AI, ChatGpt etc.)

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Computer Science, etc.
• Knowledge of any analytics or visualization platform coding languages such as Python, R, Tableu, MS VBA or similar languages.
• Prior experience with Microsoft Power BI report development is a plus.
• Familiarity with data manipulation, transformation, and visualization techniques.

Job Description

The Integrated Business Planning and Execution (IBP&E) team Intern’s internship will consist of training, project work and rotational experiences to learn about various areas across the planning & execution functions within the Beer Supply Chain, as well as its relations with the broader beer organization.

This Intern will support the IBP&E team on various planning and execution process improvement projects, digital transformation activities, KPI development and tracking, as well as gain relevant experience from various IBP&E roles day to day functions, inclusive of Demand Planning, Network Supply Planning, New Product Introduction Planning, S&OP, S&OE, Deployment and Customer Management. The IBP&E Intern will be exposed to aspects of Integrated Business Planning and fulfillment processes through a weekly organized schedule of tasks, project work that is managed by the supervisor, with guidance from the IBP&E Managers and Directors.

• Paid internship in the Constellation Brands Beer Division (CBBD) based in the Chicago, IL office.
• Estimated timeframe – late May through early August (10 weeks)
• Participate in Corporate pre-planned intern events such as Senior Leader Meetings, Team Building Tour, Final Presentations, etc.

Qualifications

• Must have completed junior year of bachelor’s program and have anticipated graduation date in 2025.
