We are looking for a dynamic Payroll Coordinator to join our team and contribute to our People Team success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilise your previous payroll experience to efficiently manage payroll processes.
- Collaborate effectively with HR and Finance departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Process payroll for a designated volume of employees, managing various elements such as SSP, SMP, SPP, Tax, NI, and other.
- Oversee the monthly payroll for our hotels, ensuring deadlines are met consistently.
- Resolve payroll-related queries in line with company protocols and legal requirements.
- Manage benefits administration, including pensions, childcare vouchers, company cars, and healthcare packages.
- Streamline payroll processes by working closely with operational teams.
- Update policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Produce reports as needed, such as the Gender Pay Gap Reporting.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Previous experience in payroll or a strong background in related fields.
- Analytical mindset.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work collaboratively and contribute effectively to the wider People Team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
Additional Details:
- Location: Rugby-Crick NN6 7XR. This role requires you to attend the office at least 4 out of 5 days a week.
- Salary: starting from £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)
- Hours: Full-time, permanent
