• Review supplier schedule and manage PO to be superseded by CM or storage in the premises. Require to communicate with suppliers and factory purchaser.
• Arrange and track shipment from the premises to CM.
• Review factory order/forecast demand. Track the open PO and inventory, and make sure it is depleted by factory.
• Managing the holding stock in factories to keep lean inventory level.
• Review and report inventory projection.
• Review CM materials purchasing fulfilment (full turn keys).
• Build and maintain good relationships with CM. Perform as functional bridge between CM and the Internal Stake holders.
• Troubleshoot CM issues relating to materials status and escalate to the respective stake holders.
• Age inventory analysis and disposition.
• Make recommendations to improve productivity and efficiency of supply chain activities.
• Preparing management reports.
• Complete special projects and assignments as requested.

Job Scopes:

• Review, develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures
• Offer comprehensive HR and administrative assistance (e.g., drafting appointment letters, conducting new staff orientations, etc.)
• Provide end-to-end HR and administrative support for foreign employees, including handling work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations
• Oversee government grant claims such as maternity leave and childcare leave applications
• Coordinate monthly payroll processing and report submissions
• Supervise employee training and development requirements and manage the full training cycle and courses
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records
• Undertake any ad hoc or administrative tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma holder
• Candidate should possess a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, or equivalent
• At least 2 years and above of working experience in Human Resource in Singapore
• Sound knowledge of Employment Act, CPF Act and Singapore Labour Law and HR practices
• Meticulous, detailed, well-organised, good communication and interpersonal skills
• A good team player, resourceful and able to work independently to meet datelines
