Roles & Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Manage on-site teams, including contractors, technicians and labourer's, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.
- Identify and attend all defects and seek solutions for rectifications.
- Provide regular progress reports to management, highlighting project milestones, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations, promoting a culture of safety among all team members.
- Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and regulatory authorities, to ensure smooth project execution and timely resolution of issues.
- Carry out any other work assignments as required by the company.
Requirement:
- Diploma. Construction-related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years related working experience, or fresh graduates will also be considered.
- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Good written and communication skill
- Able to work in a team
- Able to work under pressure and multi-tasking.
