QC lab analyst (Micro)
12 months contract
Salary: Up to $2400 + $400 (Allowance)
Shift: Office hours, Monday-Friday

Location: Tuas

Job Summary:
Conducts Quality Control (QC) inspections on products, materials, components, parts, etc., at various stages of the production process to ensure compliance with established quality and reliability standards. Recommends new or enhanced methods, procedures, and standards. Individual should have a continuous improvement mindset and constantly seek to improve Lab operation processes.

Job Description:

• Ensure timely testing of Environmental and Personnel Monitoring, Stability, Utilities, Components, Raw Materials, and finished product samples, and timely records review as per GMP requirements.
• Assist in investigation on laboratory equipment failure, excursions, Out of Specifications, and any other Non-Conformance Investigation.
• Perform laboratory data trending and escalate any adverse trends accordingly.
• Ensure general laboratory cleanliness and maintain excellent laboratory housekeeping.
• Prepare, support, and front internal or external audits in shaping a successful audit outcome.
• Ensure no critical observation from HA audit.
• Perform any other duties assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, Audit or equivalent.
• At least 3 - 5 years of business compliance with data analysis skills.
• Able to work independently will be an added advantage.
