WHAT IS YOUR ROLE

We’re looking for a self-starter, hard-working, and dedicated team member to jump in and be a key part of our Client Experience team. 

In this role, you are responsible for maintaining and nurturing Boldr’s Client relationships as well as developing and empowering Boldr’s Team Captains to be successful in their role. You will act as a business owner taking full accountability for the success of your Client and teams, ensuring they are fully equipped to meet our commitments to our Clients and doing so with the highest level of quality. 

You will help foster a healthy working environment for our team members. You will represent Boldr to our Clients and act as our internal Client across various departments. You will need to be laser-focused on our operational performance and comfortable with the management of global teams on a daily basis. 

You will be responsible for day-to-day Client communication, performance reporting, training, and escalation management. Having an eye for details will be important as you’ll be maintaining all Client Success tools and procedures.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

Processes

• Develop and maintain an authentic relationship with all the Client and internal stakeholders.
• Execute daily and weekly reviews of our operational performance with Client stakeholders and Boldr leadership.
• Ability to work seamlessly with different departments namely: Implementation, Client Solutions, Finance, IT, People Experience and Office Operations.
• Communicating and resolving basic to complex inquiries and concerns in an accurate, valid, complete, and timely manner. 
• Create and manage Client contracts such as MSAs and SLAs. 
• Manage a team of Team Captains and monitor compliance against SLAs and achievement of Client KPIs.
• Root cause analysis, planning and execution to ensure KPIs are met
• Partner with Team Captains to ensure documentation is constantly updated and identification of process improvements are sourced with the TC and their team.
• Facilitate Client Business Reviews in partnership with your SBU Head and organize the Boldr team to create these reviews.
• Develop, maintain, and leverage relationships and networks within the Client organization to identify and develop business growth opportunities
• Update Hubspot deal cards and ensure all necessary items are appropriately invoiced.
• Follow up with clients on invoicing, pricing discrepancies, and other billing-related issues. 

People Management

• Supervise and develop Team Captains through guidance, observation, and performance management activities. 
• As needed, joins the Team Captain on calls with the Client, team huddles or coaching sessions to stay up to date with all Client and team developments. 
• This also provides an opportunity to observe the Team Captain’s presentation, Client communication and coaching skills. 
• Taking steps to ensure learning and growth through development plans and, when necessary, progressive counseling. 
• Promote and foster a culture of continuous improvement by providing positive and constructive feedback to team members.
• Establish, promote, and maintain the Boldr culture within the organization. 
• Understand employee career growth aspirations to enable matching Boldr’s needs with employee abilities.
• Act as the escalation point for the Team Captains and Senior Team Captains.

• Monitor achievement of internal and external KPI’s and ensure Operational Excellence

Tools, Administration, and Reporting

• Familiarity with Google Suite of Services is a must for this role
• Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Slides, and Docs are used heavily in Boldr
• Experience with Hubspot is a plus.
• Maintain Client schedule (Weekly Updates, MBRs, QBRs, Implementations) and collect feedback and drive necessary actions to completion

Training

• Coordinate necessary training and best practices related to Tools and Processes
• Onboard new hires to ensure they are fully ready to succeed in their role.
• Lean six sigma knowledge and/or certification is a plus

Ongoing support and knowledge sharing

• Obtain feedback from Clients and team members on processes and tools to ensure continuous improvement
• Provides input and communication to drive Client Success improvement, for all Clients, enterprise-wide.

• 2+ years in a Client facing role (Ops manager)
• Must have worked on A health care account within BPO.
• 2+ years knowledge of BPO,  Staffing, Tech, or other Business Service  Industries .

The individual oversees financial operations, ensures compliance, drives efficiency, and supports strategic initiatives for Omron Indonesia business entities. This role encompasses various key responsibilities to safeguard and enhance the organization's financial health:

The Team
Account Managers are critical members of the Client Services department. Client Services serves as an integral team across the organization, working to build and maintain strong, long term client relationships, through seamless Onboarding, Account Management, Product Support, and Managed Services Operations.

The Role
Account managers are responsible for the end-to-end client experience for the book of clients assigned to them. They are the ultimate owners of the client and responsible for their outcomes. They are both client experts and Enfusion experts to champion their client’s success at Enfusion. Account managers will work closely with client onboarding, product support and technology to deliver value-added solutions and a world-class experience for our clients.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct quarterly meetings with clients to obtain feedback on overall satisfaction
- Manage and maintain client profile details in a centralized CRM tool which includes AUM, strategy, assets traded, end-to-end functions utilized, key stakeholders and third-party relationships
- Proactively monitor client health via scorecards and develop remediation plans when necessary

Your new role
Working as a Global Account Manager, handling major risk and global clients means you will be responsible for building relationships with clients to ensure renewal needs are fully understood and met. You will be responsible for providing account servicing support and ensuring effective servicing of client accounts. Other duties will include effectively managing renewals and adjustments in a timely and professional manner, as well as obtaining quotations both for new and renewal business. You will be expected to work collaboratively with internal colleagues to motivate and support assigned portfolios and move business forward.



What you'll need to succeed
Your previously experience working as an Account handler or Account Manager handling Global Commercial business or Global Corporate Account Manager will contribute to the success in you securing this role. You will have a natural ability to build relationships that last. Passionate about the team management duties, you have proven experience and are ambitious to embed wisdom, knowledge, and skills to your team. An understanding of the relevant classes of business and understanding of insurer products and specialisms. Your communication skills, (verbally and written) will be very strong with clients, insurers, and colleagues.

JOB SUMMARY:
As an Account Manager, you will oversee client strategy and planning, managing a key group of clients. The Account Manager role is also responsible for campaign delivery, team mentoring, and supporting the Director with new business pitching and development.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Client Management
Client management including development of strong relationships and new business opportunities from existing clients
Create client work systems including WIPs and complete monthly publicity reporting on media relations outcomes to present to the client

2. Press Office
Planning, organisation and execution of publicity campaigns and communications strategies on behalf of fashion clients.

Preparing and writing media materials including news alerts, press releases and social media material.
Operating as a client representative within the media landscape to analyse brand sentiment and public opinion to effectively plan public relations and promotional campaigns.
Ideation, production and organisation of a wide range of special events to promote clients and their products, ultimately resulting in goodwill and favourable publicity.
Representing clients and operating as their press liaison within Australia through arranging key spokesperson interviews with publicity media.
Form and maintain strong relationships with fashion media and industry networks including networking on behalf of Leaf Communications (and the agency's clients) through attending media desk sides, social functions and other fashion industry engagements to promote the organisation(s).
Managing social media and content strategies to obtain photographs and other assets that promote and communicate the products of Leaf Communications clients.
Revising material commissioned by writers, photographers, influencer and others to ensure favourable publicity and that key messages are communicated on behalf of the client

3. Team Management
Assist in the development of the team, their roles and work flow and motivation.
Provide leadership through clear direction and supervision.
Manage producers and suppliers as required.
Understand the roles of each team member, delegate tasks to junior staff and supervise as required.
Manage Account Executives, Account Coordinators, showroom team and interns on each account ensuring deadlines are being met and work quality is of the highest standard.

4. New Business
Develop proposals, and create pitches for new business.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate and capitalize on new sales and business opportunities in order to meet required revenue targets within defined areas of responsibility.
• Prepare individual sales and marketing programs and action plans in line with the overall business strategy to ensure a targeted and focused approach that consistently contributes to the overall growth objectives of the business.
• Meet assigned key account sales targets as set by the Key Account Supervisor.
• Act as the voice of SGS when talking to the Key Account and the voice of the Key Account within SGS.
• Maintaining a positive and productive business relationship with assigned KA’s by facilitating day-to-day operations, securing current business, resolving problems, avoiding claim situations or loss of work, maximizing work opportunities and optimizing new work potential
• Collaborate with KA, Execom, LOB’s, BD’s, Operations and Service Support Groups to drive business growth, maintain client relations, promote customer loyalty and resolve client issues, claims and complaints.
• Ensure KA activities, client information and relevant background information    are reported, fully documented and accounted for in order to protect the knowledge base of SGS.

• Coordinate and trategize with the technical sales specialists and collections team to significantly reduce the overdue or past due accounts and ensure the actions are implemented on time.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• In conjunction with overall sales strategy, create sales and marketing plans to grow SGS revenue for designated industry, market segment, accounts and/or geographical location.
• Identify, research, plan contact potential clients to establish new business in order to achieve targeted revenue growth
• Anticipate, identify, and understand client’s needs and concerns and translate those into sales opportunities
• Prepare service proposals, service agreements, and tenders customized to client’s requirements within set deadlines
• Ensure accurate, timely submission of all information as requested by clients up in a professional manner, ensure follow
• Prepare and submit timely and accurate reports (Weekly Activity Plan and Weekly Activity Report) of sales activities, especially client visits/calls
• Resolve customer complaints by addressing the root cause of the problems, facilitating the development of solutions with the team, preparing reports and making recommendations to managers
• Monitor customer satisfaction
• Maintain positive relationships with current and potential clients through regular contacts
• Liaise with technical/operations teams to ensure excellent communication channels exist to facilitate the successful handover and execution of the new and current business.
• Support marketing strategy and business development teams as appropriate
• Significantly reduce the past due of identified national and global key accounts from 70% to 5%.
• Monitor the Ageing and Collection report and analyze the dashboard to provide strategic action plans to the Key accounts and collections team.
• Set target collection amount per month for the key accounts handled and ensure strategies are implemented.
• Maintain awareness and understanding of all SGS services, ensuring that the full range of SGS services are presented to new and existing clients to maximize sales opportunities
• Forward potential opportunities to other Business Lines as appropriate and promote collaboration to ensure successful conversion.  
• At all times, adopt a safe behavior by exercising due regard for the health and safety of SGS employees and clients, in line with SGS policies and procedures

• In conjunction with the business strategy and the global KA strategy (if any), develop strategy at KA level and translate into pragmatic action plans and execute
• Provide the initial point of contact to the KA, facilitate effective coordination of job orders, enquiries and technical exchanges between SGS affiliates, offices, LOBs and personnel involved in the execution of the contract
• Plan and coordinate KAM program to ensure that goals and objectives are achieved and/or exceeded within prescribed time frames
• Work with the support service groups to ensure that technical and commercial procedures are communicated correctly
• Monitor performance against key performance indicators and service level agreements requirements.
• Collaborate with LOBs, BD and support service groups for appropriate resources to support efficient and effective operations.
• Ensure prompt resolution of service delivery issues or matters of customer concern through close collaboration between the KA and LOBs, operations and service support groups
• Avoid claim situations and mitigate any legal measures against SGS in collaboration with LOBs
• Investigate and communicate new opportunities with the KA, LOBs and communicate with the BD
• Work closely with other international teams to foster a cooperative internal environment and to share and promote best practices within SGS
• Keep abreast of external market developments, relevant legislation, competitor activity (in general and especially in relation to the KA), to ensure SGS remains the service provider of choice
