Primary Function
The Maintenance Manager directs the overall management of the program technical and/or non-technical staff function through subordinate supervisors. This is the mid-level manager in this function area responsible for productivity and asset management. The Maintenance Manager rarely understands day-to-day operational activities and their impact on overall budgets, schedules, and performance standards. The maintenance manager has responsibility for program effectiveness.
Essential Duties
• Responsible for the operational success and management of multi-functional project teams supporting moderately complex to complex projects.
• Adheres to company policies and procedures in preparing, collecting, recording, and maintaining project data.
• Prepare professional correspondence to vendors, and customers as required.
• Perform inventory control activities.

• Track issued purchase orders and due dates for all materials or services purchased and report delivery date issues to the Program Manager.
• Prepare internal project status reports for Program Manager or higher management.
• Prepare sole source justification documents and obtain Program manager’s approval.
• Assist Program Manager in compiling cost reports, schedule activities, and technical reporting CDRLS.
• Assist Program Manager in developing estimates to complete on cost and schedule activities.
• Assist Program Manager in identifying internal/external resource requirements.
• Assist Program Manager in BOE solicitation and compiling data from requested sources.
• Assist Program Manager in proposal development.
• Compiles cost reports, schedule activities, and technical reporting CDRLS.

• Direct and coordinate activities of businesses development including but not limited to pursuit, order, capture (POC) activities, as well as proposal, award, and management phases of new business.
• Review financial reports, and activity reports, monthly orders forecasting and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing growth plans.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position has direct reports and performs exempt level decision making including interviewing, hiring, terminating, performance reviews, and performance corrections. This position has the responsibility and authority to carry out assigned tasks.
Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of aviation sustainment operations, especially using software such as NAMIS
• Simultaneously manage diverse maintenance operations across multiple aircraft.
• Advanced computer skills; specifically using Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn additional computer skills or software programs. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Project and scheduling practices. Ability to identify and track critical paths in project activities.
• Ability to enter data accurately into databases, and multi-task across multiple projects.

Required Qualifications:
• BA/BS degree in a relevant field.
• Have at least 7 years of experience within the past 10 years in aircraft maintenance in a similar size operation maintaining aircraft similar to those here at AFRC, with management experience as a supervisor in aircraft maintenance.
• Have held an FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification, have held an equivalent military designation, or demonstrate an equivalent level of qualifications and expertise.
• Must be familiar with AS9100 & AS9110 quality requirements.
• Formal technical training or on the job training in DoD Acquisitions and manufacturing procurement experience.
• Ability to pass a drug and background screening.
• Must be able to obtain a government security clearance.

Purpose of the job
As the point of contact of Pfizer Global Supply (PGS), liaise with various departments to carry out customer-oriented supply chain management.
Optimize product inventory through highly accurate demand forecasting and safety stock reviews.
Also, contribute to business growth by proposing strategies to reduce product scrap and optimize the portfolio.
Role
1. Demand forecasting: Develop highly accurate demand forecasts for all products sold by Pfizer Japan (excluding products purchased by the government) in collaboration with marketing team and utilizing systems. Optimize and automate the demand forecasting process (e.g. STAT forecast).
2. Commercial Interface: As the PGS contact point for the commercial team, share information appropriately and coordinate manufacturing and sales. In the supply issue, compile information from the manufacturing side and share it appropriately with the commercial side to minimize supply risks.
3. Optimization of inventory: In cooperation with related departments, optimize product inventory and maximize working capital.
4. Minimize product write off: Find the risk of write off and work to minimize. Communicate with finance and other departments to minimize financial impact.
5. Business maximization: Contribute to maximizing business through strategic proposal (optimize product portfolio) and various meetings (e.g. S&OP) with TA senior leadership.

Airbus Customer Care Centre, Working Party Team provides after sales support. Specialising mainly in structural repair, the team provides major repair services to their customers at locations throughout the world. Our team offers complete certified packages including customised repair solutions, planning and repair embodiment.
As this role is mainly for structural repair activities, you should have spent a considerable period engaged in activities such as heavy maintenance, manufacture or cargo conversion.
