We are looking for someone with IT Incident Management experience and you will need excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, ITIL Foundation accreditation and a solid understanding of IT Service Management.

About the Role
The Capacity Manager is responsible for the operation and improvement the Capacity Management process so that managed services and infrastructure can deliver the agreed capacity and performance targets in a cost effective and timely manner.
