● Document and map out Teleport overall revenue recognition and user journey process, collaborating with multiple stakeholders across Revenue Management, Commercial and Finance
● Identify key points of current process failures and devise and recommend potential remedies to mitigate potential revenue leakages
● Maintain an up-to-date repository of all revenue-related documents including but not limited to airwaybill scanned copies and cargo manifests
● Ensure that individual gross, chargeable weights and freight rates on individual airway bills are captured accurately in accordance with including but not limited to weight breaks, agent/shipper, commodity code and rate validity
● Ensure that monthly Cargo Sales Reports produced by our General Sales Agents are consistent with actual revenue records
● Communicate and resolve any revenue discrepancies and variance with Revenue Management and Finance
These are minimum-requirement skills and a ‘must-have’ for the role:
● Excellent problem solving skills, with a focus on delivering implementable solutions and results
● Willingness to work outside their comfort zone and try new things
● Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
● Highly developed oral & written communication skills - especially in English
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
● Final year students pursuing Degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Statistics/ Economics
● Willing to commit for a minimum of 3-6 months

The Legal Counsel SMDS, Malaysia will report to the Head of Legal Malaysia (“HOL”). The successful candidate is responsible for provision of a broad suite of legal services to SMDS and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
The successful candidate will serve as a primary focal point/member of the SMDS leadership team and is expected to be a strategic business partner. AirAsia X is seeking a skilled and experienced Legal Counsel to join our team on a 6-month contract basis. The Legal Counsel will provide comprehensive legal support to the company, primarily focusing on commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, and general legal matters related to the airline industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including but not limited to aircraft leases, supplier contracts, and service agreements.
Advise on legal matters related to aviation regulations, compliance, and licensing requirements.
Provide legal support and guidance to various departments within the organization, including operations, finance, and procurement.
Conduct legal research and stay updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices.
Assist in resolving legal disputes, claims, and other matters as they arise.

Ability to understand and take account of business drivers and needs, and to draft contract with appropriate understanding and interpretation of the business and commercial intentions
Strong influencing, negotiating and facilitation skills
Exposure to international civil and/or common law contracts
Ability to develop and sustain relationships with clients at all levels and in a range of cultures.
