What you'll need to succeed
You will be a recently qualified solicitor, legal executive or barrister with solid litigation experience with a leading commercial firm. Ideally, you will have acted for several large commercial insurer clients in fast and multi-track property insurance litigation disputes.
You will need to have experience of handling complex claims, ideally with a focus on Property Recoveries, though wider litigation backgrounds would be considered. You will possess excellent relationship and client handling skills. You will also be able to deal confidently and professionally with clients on day-to-day issues.

The role will see you dealing with all types of residential property including freeholds, leaseholds, shared equity, mortgages, and title issues. Your new firm
You will be working for a Top 50 firm with a comprehensive network of offices in the UK and abroad. They are currently seeking a talented Complex Property Recoveries Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their rapidly expanding Bristol team.
Your new role
You will be working within the firm's Insurance Litigation team, as a Property Recoveries Solicitor/ Legal Executive. Your tasks will include handling technically complex and varied caseload of claims, involving numerous perils, such as; fire, flooding and escape of water. You will also deal with public and product liability, policy coverage and fraud matters, relating to property damage matters valued at over £150,000.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a recently Qualified solicitor, legal executive or barrister with solid litigation experience with a leading commercial firm. Ideally you will have acted for several large commercial insurer clients in fast and multi-track property insurance litigation disputes.
You will need to have experience of handling complex claims, ideally with a focus on Property Recoveries, though wider litigation backgrounds would be considered. You will possess excellent relationship and client handling skills. You will also be able to deal confidently and professionally with clients on day to day matter issues.
