En quoi consiste ce rôle :

• Analyse les informations, élabore des protocoles expérimentaux, développe les produits tout en respectant les procédures et processus en place;

• Planifie, organise et réalise les essais laboratoire et en usine pilote et en adapte le développement en fonction de nos divers procédés de fabrication;

• Calcule des coûts de recettes, prépare et soumet les informations techniques tel que prévu dans le processus;

• Formule les nouveaux produits et produits existants de sa catégorie afin qu’ils répondent aux objectifs financiers de l’entreprise.  Il est sensible aux variations de prix des ingrédients de sa catégorie sur le marché, identifie des opportunités rentables pour l’entreprise et les recommande ;
