Job Scope

· Fully follow up the product lines and ensure the instruction of Chairman on products are executed and implemented.

Purpose of the Role:

You will be a part of the Asian Investment Banking Division (“AIBD”) that sits in the front line, responsible for the promotion of Corporate & Investment Banking (“CIB”) products and services in the Asia and Oceania region, covering both Global Corporates and Japanese Corporates. Client Management and Strategy

Job Purpose

Reporting to the CEO of the Keppel Asia Infrastructure Fund, this is a key role to manage the end-to-end investment process from originating and underwriting of potential investment opportunities, transaction management, structuring, deal execution, asset management and divestment. Your role

The Growth Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across digital and traditional channels. This role requires a data-driven mindset, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of marketing technologies and tactics, along with an ability to prepare marketing reporting designed for executive level review.

As an all-round marketer with hands-on experience in B2B technology companies, this person will develop integrated go to market strategy plans to accelerate Digital Realty’s performance in the APAC Region. This person will work closely with the global, regional and country marketing teams to ensure programs and activities delivered are executed with efficiency to deliver full impact and drive leads into the business in a relevant way for the region.

Thoughtful, planful and strategic in outlook, this role will lead a young team of marketers to drive effective content, digital marketing, demand funnel strategies and deliver measurable outcomes. This role will craft creative campaigns and strategies together with the team to turbocharge demand generation for the business.

• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, and customer and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define target customer segments, value propositions, and key messaging adaptation for APAC.
• Lead and manage digital marketing campaigns for the region, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising.
• Analyze marketing data and metrics to optimize campaign performance, ROI, and customer engagement.
• Support implementation of marketing automation tools and systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency with tight collaboration to global systems, tools & processes.
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and track performance against KPIs and targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including external partners, agencies, and vendors.
• Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management on marketing performance, trends, and opportunities.
• Stay abreast of emerging marketing technologies, tools, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

What you’ll need

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven track record of success in growth marketing roles, with 10+ years of experience
• People management experience essential along with managing people from different cultures who may not speak English as a first language.
• This role will require mature leadership ability to mentor and develop a young team for success.
• Experience working in an international business environment and within a matrix reporting structure.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills with an innate attention to detail (share portfolio if available)
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, PowerBI etc.)
• Expertise in digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Pardot, etc.) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot CRM, etc.).
• Excellent project management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Creative thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a results-oriented mindset.
• Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant certifications is a plus, but not essential
