Responsible for all aspects of planning, scheduling, organizing, managing, and assessing the performance of all ALSS assigned on the task order. Actively support and uphold the Company's stated vision, mission and values.
• Responsible for staff to include:
o Ensuring that all ALSS are executing their responsibilities efficiently and effectively
o Ensuring on-time delivery of support (i.e., equipment)
o Performing managerial logistical functions, including periodic and scheduled reports
o Prepares and maintains property, maintenance, and operational records.
• Manages a comprehensive administrative program to support task order operations including, but not limited to administration, payroll, and maintaining time sheets/muster sheets for Task Order (TO) personnel
• Ensures that all shipments and receipt of equipment and materials for the task order are properly documented, and follow proper customs procedures
• Maintains strict accountability of equipment, supplies, spare parts, etc. through a computerized file and accounting system
• Coordinates with the Contractor’s corporate office in all business-related transactions under the contract
• Ensures that all goods and services procured in support of task orders are purchased and paid for in accordance with applicable Department regulations
• Supports coordination of Contractor personnel movement into and out of the country for both official and personal travel, this responsibility does not include travel arrangements (e.g., airline tickets, hotel reservations, etc.) for rotations
• Acts as liaison with host-government agencies, when necessary, to ensure visas, customs clearances, and other government authorizations
• Prepares written deliverables for submission to client, to include reports, spreadsheets, memos, summaries, etc.
• Additional duties may also include, but not be limited to:
o Overseeing and scheduling of vehicles supporting protective and guard operations
o Vehicle procurement, receiving, shipping, maintenance scheduling/tracking, repairs scheduling/tracking, fuel logs, dispatch records, transfers, and maintenance of active records on all vehicles assigned to protective operations (armored or unarmored)
o Assisting in the planning, development, and implementation of a comprehensive administrative program
• Must be a US citizen
• Level three (3) English language proficiency
• At a minimum, must possess either a bachelor’s degree in logistics/supply chain management from an accredited institution or a current Certified Professional Property Administrator certification; Certified Professional Property Manager certification is preferred (www.npma.org)
• Must possess a minimum of six (6) years of experience in administrative and logistical support management
• A minimum of three (3) years of this experience must have been in property management, with demonstrable experience in at least four (4) of the following areas:
a. Acquisition
b. Audits
c. Control (e.g., ownership, responsibility, and accountability)
d. Disposition and retirement
e. Movement and transfers
f. Inventory
g. Property accounting
h. Receiving
i. Records and reporting
• A minimum of two (2) years of this experience must have been in a supervisory capacity
• A minimum of two (2) years of this experience must have been in overseas procurement and logistics management
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and possess sufficient computer skills to manage electronic files and an electronic records keeping system
• Must have a valid US Passport
• Must have a current US driver's license
• Must be able to pass a physical fitness agility test and maintain that fitness level for the duration of his/her service on the task order
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening; position is also subject to random drug screening throughout the course of employment
• If prior US Military, must have an honorable discharge
• Must be able to pass a detailed background investigation and possess the criteria to be awarded and maintain the necessary US-issued security clearance
• Must be able to pass a medical physical approving candidate for overseas work
• Ability to travel to, and/or work in, an austere, hostile, or remote location.
• Attend and successfully complete the NPSS training course
• Attend and successfully complete supervisory training
• US citizens and TCNs shall qualify with the Glock-19 and M4, re-qualifying as required by the task order
• Possess the ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to fifty (50) pounds

Qualifications:
For bio approval, the ALSSM shall meet the following qualifications:
Must be a U.S. citizen/TCN/LN, as specified in the TO.
Must demonstrate Level 3 English language proficiency.
At a minimum, must possess either a Bachelor’s degree in logistics/supply chain management from an accredited institution or a current Certified Professional Property Administrator certification (www.npma.org).
Must possess a minimum of six (6) years of experience in administrative and logistical support management.
A minimum of three (3) years of this experience must have been in property management, with demonstrable experience in at least four (4) of the following areas:

Obtain and maintain access to and competence with the ILMS and Secure ILMS applications, with the appropriate user roles, to include mandatory initial training, and periodic refresher training as needed.
Possess the ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to fifty (50) pounds.
Possess no impediments to traveling overseas to and within countries that are considered dangerous or unhealthy in general, or to the country or countries assigned in the applicable TO.
Based upon the needs of the program and Project Management discretion, qualified individuals may be required to temporarily fill an alternate position.

Prepare periodic/scheduled reports.
Maintain duty schedules and timesheets.
Coordinate transportation for TO personnel, including country clearance telegrams, in-country security for incoming and outgoing personnel, and ensuring in-country housing needs are met. This responsibility does not include actually making travel arrangements (e.g., airline tickets, hotel reservations, etc.) for rotations.
Coordinate shipping arrangements, documenting that the proper customs, procedures, and standards are adhered to.
Perform supply, receiving, marking, and warehousing and storing activities as specified in WPS III IDIQ, – Section C of this contract.
Coordinate billeting, storage, and maintenance activities.
Maintain active and accurate accounting of all TO equipment and supplies through a computerized file and accounting system.
Other administrative functions as assigned by the U.S. Government.
