Responsibilities

• Tracking and update the deployment status of infrastructure/application projects, such as Windows 10 deployment, USB issuance and KVM issuance, network printers, telco SIM cards issuance, accounts creation and application testings.
• Track and update the inventory of end user devices, such as leased devices, internet devices, printers and peripherals.
• Assist in the condemnation exercise of expired hardware and end user peripheral devices & ensure proper tracking and update of inventory movements.
• Stock take and label physical assets and inventory in store and upon delivery when required
• Digitalization of hardcopy files and documents such as Delivery Orders, Asset Loan forms etc to be stored in central digital storage.
• Track/record movement of DC backup tapes between company and tape retention vendor.
• Raise visitor clearance requests and escort of vendors
• Any other duties assigned

Responsibilities

• Min. 2 years relevant experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans and budgets for the project assigned.
• Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure the project team meet desirable SLAs.
• Manage budgets, create financial reports, and presentation budget proposals to stakeholders
• Manage payment schedules and ensure all payments are made on time
• Build positive relationships with stakeholders such as clients, vendors, and investors
• Lead the administrative team, provide guidance, and set priorities
• Create clear and concise papers and minutes for meetings
• Ensure accuracy in financial records and documentation
• Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from a local university or an equivalent institution in IT, business administration, management, or finance
• Proven experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and financial management for Infra related projects
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent writing skills, with the ability to create clear and concise papers and minutes
• Experience in managing budgets and payment schedules
• Proven leadership skills, with experience in leading teams and setting priorities
• Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders

• Checking of invoices and inputting of expense payment into systems

• Prepare monthly and ad-hoc reports
• Process incoming swift messages and constructing of outgoing swift messages
• Updating of EMS database
• Reconciliation and monitoring of cash card balance, petrol card transactions and overtime for company drivers
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

• Diploma/ Degree's in any discipline
