About the Role

Support to manage the actuarial valuation and analysis for financial reporting under IFRS 17, to produce the financial KPIs for IFRS metrics, business plan and regular forecasting to assist the financial management

• Proficiency in Actuarial Software – Prophet, especially Prophet ALS is a plus
• Sound knowledge in IFRS 17-related actuarial and accounting system, e.g. SAS sub-ledger is a plus

About the Role

Responsible for driving a journey to leverage and integrate Natural Language Processing and Artificial Intelligence technologies into Chatbot and other digital solutions to better the customer experience and create a next generation enquiry platform.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain close communication with multiple business units to understand the business initiatives and optimize the usage of data science and digital technologies.
• Identify opportunities to leverage Machine Learning (ML), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Speech Recognition focused technologies to improve customer journey.
• Deliver customer-facing digital application solutions across the multiple digital channels (e.g., mobile application, website, e-commerce and omni-channels).
• Develop sourcing, cleansing, structuring and ingesting new data sources.
• Represent the team as the technical specialist to work with IT / Vendors, ensuring Chatbot backend such as DB, APIs, Infrastructures readiness to carry out technical solutions.
• Conduct regular Chatbot compatibility and continuous improvement review. Propose direction to uplift Chatbot efficiencies and overall performances.
• Stay in tune with market research and development and evaluate different technologies to address current challenges and future improvements.
• Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and / or other requirements.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Bachelor in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Information Engineering, or other relevant disciplines.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experiences in ML / AI / NLP / Speech Analytics / Speech Recognition solutions.
• Text / Language Database design for NLP in mixed language.
• Experience of diverse data analysis with advanced text analytics skills, especially with English and Chinese.
• Programming experience with SQL, (+)Sybase, (+) Oracle, Python, C++, Scala, Java, R or similar language.
• Sufficient knowledge in System development life cycle, or Agile methodology.
• Familiar with Cloud Technology such as MS Azure would be an advantage.
• Plan and execute testing including but not limited to UAT, Postproduction Testing.
• Proactive and quick to respond to any system failure related scenarios, resolve the issue in timely manners. 
• Knowledge of web service products and mobile development.
• Ability to pick up insurance concepts quickly.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese.
• Basic insurance and pension knowledge would be an advantage.

About the Role

Provide channel sales, digital and marketing communication support to Partnership Distribution in a timely manner with quality delivery.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide marketing and distribution support function on campaign management & communication for Partnership Distribution (PD) channel that covers Banks / brokerage / IFA (Retail and HNW) / strategic partners
• Support direct manager and channels sales function with marketing initiatives to achieve business objectives.
• Ensure partnership distribution channel requirements are properly communicated to internal departments and external partners.
• Plan and implement channel product & marketing and sales promotion activities and events for partners and/or customers to support channel(s) in achieving sales target
• Deliver effective marketing and communication plan to achieve efficiency, including but not limit to cost per click, cost per acquisition, and achieve business KPIs include click through rate, response rate and conversion rate and leads generation etc.
• Measure, analyze and optimize on a regular basis to drive traffic, engagement, and leads.
• Develop, customize and review communication, product and marketing collateral / sales tools / training materials for business partners to support their selling of our product and services offerings
• Manage the progress of deliverables to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Plan and monitor the relevant marketing budget
• Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by immediate manager in order to meet business requirement

Minimum Job Requirements:

• University / College graduate plus 8 years relevant experience
