• Perform general administrative tasks such as managing phone calls, handling email correspondences, organizing documents, and entering data.
• Provide administrative support to various departments including Administration, Accounts, and Procurement, with a focus on experience in workers' payroll computation.
• Undertake any additional ad hoc duties as assigned by superiors or management.

Requirement:

• Possess a GCE 'O' Level or GCE 'N' Level Equivalent.
• Previous administrative experience, preferably with reception duties, particularly within the Construction Industry, is advantageous.
• Proficient in PC usage, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in both English & Chinese language to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking stakeholders)

- Handle Day-To-Day Business Operations of Singapore's #1 Education Agency

- Attend to interested clients via various forms of warm leads (form orders, calls, WhatsApp...etc)

(no cold-calling or anything of that sort!)

- Assist clients in shortlisting and recommending suitable tutor profiles based on their criterias

- Coordinate and arrange 1st tuition lesson for clients and tutors

- Follow-up with any necessary administrative support and after-sales service

- Familiarize with and utilize custom-made company software which is focused on automation
