- Assist the sales team in handling and follow-up documentation when needed
- Perform general administrative duties relating to Sales Quotation & Job Order
- Data entry and data housekeeping
- Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information/data
- Other ad-hoc duties assigend
Job Requirements: -
- GCE "O" Level or above
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Outlook)
- Able to multi-task and pay attention to details
- No prior experience is required, training will be provided
- Able to commit for min 6 months
Additional Notes
- Good Career Opportunities to be converted to permanent employees if performance is outstanding.
- Mondays to Fridays: 8am to 5pm
- Company transport pick up at Clementi / Jurong East / Choa Chu Kang MRT Stations
