Responsibilities

• Development of Functional Design Specifications, Software Design Specifications, Control Schematics/ Write-up and another software/ test documentation.
• Responsible for project implementation, knowledge in writing programming and developing of PLC .
• Responsible for engineering, configuring, programming and/or supervising external programmers, and testing of PLC , CMS and SCADA software
• Site commissioning of control system with respect to Instrument, Electrical and Package IC (Candidate who has site PLC/SCADA experience will have added advantage)
• Ensure projects complete within given lead time
• Ensure products meet customer requirements
• Co-ordination of project with customers and suppliers
• Interface design, implementation and testing between various third-party systems using Field Bus, Modbus, BACnet and all other protocols
• Lead supervisors and technicians in PLC/ DCS field work at sites
• Implement and propose improvement works to clients
• Responsible for preparation of Instrument list , Instrument Data-sheets , Instrument cable schedules , FAT/ SAT procedures, conducting FAT/ SAT and signing-off FAT with client
• Prior knowledge of hazardous zoning and ATEX certification an advantage
• Preferably experience with Burner Management Systems

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Electronics/ Communication/ Electrical Engineering with 3 to 5 years relevant experience in automation/process industry
• Project Site experience within the Environmental (Wastewater & High Temperature Incineration Plant) Industry sector would be advantageous, including areas such as portable water production and distribution and waste water treatment is preferred.
• Experience in drive automation, PLC, CMS , SCADA and HMI technology
• Independent and self-motivated with good initiative and communication skills
• Able to work under minimum supervision
• Able to travel overseas when required
• Strong passion of leadership for project achievements
• Knowledge and experience in network technologies is preferred (Ethernet, TCP/ IP, Fibre Optic, Modbus, Field Bus, CANBUS, etc.)
• Prior knowledge and certification with Siemens PLC S7 series preferred
• Experience with Yogokawa Centum and Schneider PLC and advantage

Job Description & Requirements

Responsiblities

• Accept deliveries and checking the quality of materials against DO
• Inspect all materials received and initiate actions in accordance with company operations, project QA/QC and ISO procedures when non-conformances are identified
• Maintain records of all material control and inspection records in accordance with company procedures
• Identify what critical consumable spares are required and establish a minimum/maximum inventory amount for all materials and consumables in accordance with project requirements
• Inspect and Monitor materials on site (e.g. Dent, Rust, Dust, etc.)
• Conduct training for material handling to prevent damaging of materials
• Monitor materials use on site to meet the schedule according to the plan
• Be the key liaison between site personnel, procurement department, buyers, user departments and suppliers
• Coordinate with company QA/QC department and with client for updating material control management
• Visual Inspection of those tool(s) before scheduling for site use
• Direct and supervise material control workers

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or relevant discipline
• Preferably Registered Professional Engineer
• Minimum 5 years of engineering experiences in a project environment

• Strong problem-solving ability and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate well with team members, internal and external stakeholders
• Able to work under pressure and cope with aggressive schedule
