Providing effective reception support within a busy out-patients service, dealing with patient facing and clinical team queries, managing complex phone queries and providing comprehensive message taking. Accurate typing of medical reports, liaising with patients where they wish to read reports prior to dispatch and generating invoices. Patient letters are completed by EMIS task based.
