About the role:

Looking for dynamic sales person who would be responsible for the sales of Oracle Financial Consulting Services in JAPAC region. Responsible for selling the Oracle consulting services offerings. Develops new accounts and/or expands existing accounts within an established geographic territory, Financial Industry and Consulting services segment/offerings. 10-15 years of relevant field sales experience. Able to develop strong internal relationships. Able to network and develop strong business relationships with customers such that they turn to Oracle for their consulting services needs. What You Will Do

Annual Revenue - Achieve / exceed sales targets.

• Sales strategies - Develops effective and specific account plans for accounts to ensure Sales quota/Revenue target delivery and sustainable growth. Develop relationships in new and existing customers and leverage to drive strategy through organization.
• Trusted consultant - Establishes strong relationships based on knowledge of customer requirements and commitment to value (value of counsel and expertise, value of solutions, value of implementation expertise). Builds a strong network and foundation so as to harvest future business opportunities.
• Customer Insights - Actively understand each customer's technology footprint, strategic growth plans, technology strategy landscape. Review public information (e.g. new executive appointments, earnings statements, press releases) for the company and its competitors to remain updated on key industry trends and issues impacting the prospect.

Job Type: Administrative, Financial and Accounting Manager for the ASEAN and OCEANIA CNRS Offices and the 4 CNRS International Research Laboratories in Singapore

A: Administrative Manager Position

- Responsible for the establishment and execution of procedures and administrative activities incumbent upon the Regional Office. Reporting to the Director of the ASEAN CNRS Office in Singapore, and dotted line to the Financial Service of CNRS HQ in Paris, France.

- The role covers 6 entities: the 2 CNRS Representative Offices based in Singapore for ASEAN and in Australia and the 4 International Research Laboratories (IRL) established by CNRS in Singapore.

- The role includes administrative relations with partners of the entities.

- The role will be performed in two working languages: French and English.

The tasks assigned to the Administrative Manager consist of:

· Human resources management, including:

- Updating the employee’s data under RESEDA (CNRS software for HR) and other necessary tools.

- Coordinating the onboarding of researchers in the 4 IRLs based in Singapore (agreements, formalities, financing, etc.)

- Ensuring the administration of the visits undertaken by the entities (visits, reimbursements, transportation requests, etc.)

- Monitoring and coordinating recruitments (post-doc positions or others) within the framework of the projects (funding from France and others) in which the 4 IRLs are involved.

· Financial and accounting management:

- Serving as the principal entry point for the CNRS headquarters

- Processing accounting entries, monitoring and analysing expenses of the 6 entities (using the CNRS financial information system GESLAB).

- Updating laboratory management tools from CNRS (RESEDA, DIALOG).

· The Administrative manager will establish and maintain a manual of procedures applicable to each of the 6 entities (Representative Offices and IRLs), aimed at standardizing administrative and financial tasks and facilitating service continuity in case of absence or leave.

Job Description:

The Financial Markets Analyst works closely with the Financial Markets Manager to identify and consolidate of FX exposures at Toll. The appropriate actions and plans must be formulated to mitigate these FX exposures. Together with the Financial Markets Manager, he/she will recommend viable and effective deposit plans and loan portfolios

1. Identify and consolidate FX exposures
2. Formulate the appropriate actions and plans to mitigate FX risks in accordance with Group policy
3. Prepare monthly analytical report on FX results
4. Negotiate optimal FX pricing for Toll
5. Together with the Financial Markets Manager, recommend viable and effective deposit plans and loan portfolios
6. Ensure the dissemination of best practices and promote exchange of experiences

Requirements:

· Preferably University degree holder with discipline in accountancy, banking, economics, finance or similar

· Preferable with a minimum 3 years of relevant experience in treasury management or similar role within the banking or logistics / freight forwarding industry
