DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Management Support Provide accurate, prompt and efficient administrative support to the Executive Director(s) and Trust Management team, which may include supporting the production of presentations / spreadsheets and reports, arrangement of meetings, liaising with senior staff in external organisations, maintaining a high level of confidentiality, sensitivity and professionalism. NEA is the lead agency for planning for after-death facilities and services in Singapore. The Memorial Facilities and Planning Division oversees the planning and provision of these facilities. As a member of MFPD, you will be responsible for leading the planning and launch of new after-death facilities, and maintaining oversight of the development process. This includes projecting the after-death facility requirements and other after-death trade demands as our demographics change over time.

This role requires close collaboration and consultation with other Agencies and multiple stakeholders, to ensure timely and sustainable provision of such facilities. It is also a supervisory role. The candidate must have a good eye for details and will take on finance and procurement responsibilities.

About the role
As our Chief Executive and working in partnership with the Council, you will lead the vision and strategic direction of the SSSC to deliver its purpose; to protect people who use services, raise standards of practice, and strengthen and support the professionalism of the social service workforce.
