• Handle the full scope of company secretarial matters independently for portfolio of Singapore Private Companies and Variable Capital Company (VCC) - 50+ entities in Singapore
• Oversee the fund's corporate governance structure, ensuring that constitutional documents and governance policies are maintained and updated as necessary
• Lead the preparation and submission of regulatory reports and filings as per regulatory requirements (e.g. IRAS, ACRA, MAS, FATCA and CRS)
• Handling of incorporation of companies with ACRA, registration of foreign companies etc
