Overview

Execute the operation and verification of the Taiwan ISO 45001 management system as well as contribute to NVIDIA's environmental initiatives and workplace health and safety goal setting.
Develop and execute innovative EHS strategies and solutions to support a variety of work styles across numerous workplace settings.
Collaborate across NVIDIA to provide EHS expertise to business-critical programs and initiatives.
Participate in the design of new laboratories or major revisions of existing facilities to assure proper EHS considerations are put in place.
Conduct investigations of existing and potential safety and health hazards, make recommendations for remedial and corrective measures.
Master’s degree in occupational health and safety or equivalent.
8+ years of increasing responsibilities in environmental, health and safety programs.
2+ years of experience leading a team.
Hold a Class B technician certificate for occupational safety and health management from the Taiwan workforce development agency, ministry of labor.
Experience in ISO 45001, ISO 14001, or similar accredited EHS management system.
Experience leading change in a multiple site environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin Chinese and English.
Proactive, assertive, strong sense of urgency to problem solving.

This function conducts regular audits, responds to incidents and investigates root causes, and implements trainings and corrective measures to prevent reoccurrence of problems. This function also manages relationships with regulatory and community stakeholders.

Position Overview
The Greensboro EHS Manager will report to the Ohio Valley Regional EHS Director. This position is responsible for developing and implementing EHS solutions in support of Cardinal Health assets in North Carolina. These solutions are designed to manage, mitigate, and whenever possible, eliminate EHS risks to Cardinal Health employees, facilities, and the communities in which the company operates. This position will have one or more direct reports. This position also manages EHS staff at other Cardinal Health operations in North Carolina.
