Job Responsibilities
*Handling HR function for 4 to 6 Childcare Centres;
*Responsible for the hiring process on recruitment, selection and screening of staff
*Monitoring of employees’ employment contract expiry, permit expiry and confirmation due date;
*Maintain & updating staff personal file;
*Preparation of Monthly HR Reports;
*Review HR policies & processes and ensure compliance to statutory requirement;
*Administer staff benefits (such as Leave Records, Insurance claim, Medical claim etc);
*Coordinate and arrange for work pass medical examination and processing / collection of work pass;
*Process training applications and filing for training grants, (if required)
*Process employees’ insurance claim (if any)
*Compile Monthly Relief Staff Timesheets for Payroll processing;
*Manage all matters relating to submission of government required surveys and mandatory documentations;
*General HR administration, such as preparation of appointment letters, confirmation letter etc;
*Process government paid maternity leave, childcare leave reimbursement etc;
*Sourcing of accommodation for new foreigner worker (if required);
*Fetching of new staff from Changi Airport (if required); and
*Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement
*Preferably with Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
*Minimum 1 – 2 years HR administration experience
*Well-versed with Singapore Employment Act and HR related practices
*Good communication and interpersonal skills
*Able to work independently with minimal supervision and provide professional HR knowledge to management and staffs
*Able to start work within short notice
