• Submit dental claims vis CHAS, Medisave and Dental Insurance portals.
• Perform administrative duties such as maintaining clinic records, fill out clinic forms, and file timely reports.

Requirements:

• Experience in customer service or reception duties (preferred)
• Minimum Diploma
• Possess good communication skills
• Applicants with no experience working in dental clinic operations but are willing to learn are welcome to apply

• Must be able to work on at least one weekend (Sat or Sun)

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients
• Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, phone calls and e-mails
• Handle other administrative or miscellaneous tasks if required

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma
• Minimum 1 year administrative work experience
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
• Able to work independently
• Meticulous, motivated, proactive, multi-tasking

Work Schedule:

• Weekday: 830 am to 630 pm
• Weekend: 9 am to 6 pm
• Full time: 44 hours a week

Position is open to candidates interested in full-time , or part time full day - at least 3-4 full-day shifts
