Job Responsibilities:
- Able to deliver a professional and high-quality service experience in a customer-facing role.
- Greet and determine the needs of every customer who walks through the door
- Know every product inside and out and be able to tell the story behind it
- Adept to and acquire a strong knowledge of products and services offered.
- Identifying customers’ needs and to maintain a continuous high level of customer service delivery and satisfaction
- Be comfortable over the phone. We often follow up with customers over the phone for their orders or take phone enquiries.
- Handle product returns and repairs impressively. We stand behind every product for the life of it and take pride in friendly hassle free returns.
- Develop professional rapport with the customers and build positive brand loyalty.
- Engage potential customers and provide them with clear explanations on the company’s offered products and services.
- Attend customers' feedback and challenges in a professional manner and follow through effectively and efficiently to resolution within the team.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management.
Candidate’s Checklist:
- At least 2-3 years experience specializing in customer service field
- Be an excellent salesperson and able to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Possesses at least a bachelor’s degree in any field
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to safely lift boxes of up to 15kgs
- Must be available to work 'retail hours' and both weekends - 10 am - 7 pm
- Strong proficiency in written and spoken English
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible and able to adapt to any work situation; Excellent problem-solving skills, and know how to think and act under pressure
- Resourceful and Self-motivated.
