Job Description - Part-Time Service Desk Operation
We are looking for Part Time Service Desk Operation for daily operation to manage client / a pool of floater and cleaner queries, schedule and feedbacks …. etc .
Need to manage and monitor equipment, cleaning solutions and cleaning standard.
Working location: 21 Bukit Batok crescent, Wcega Tower
Working Hours: 9am-6pm in office
Working Days: Thursday - Saturday
-Need to respond to messenger till staff schedule end. Sunday reply customer and our staff from home
Responsibilities:
Able to communicate well/fast with client, floater and cleaner through various channels (e.g phone calls, Chat / SMS, emails, walk-ins)
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients at all times
Responding promptly to client inquiries & complaints Ensure client satisfaction and provide professional client support
To arrange floater or cleaner jobs schedule and monitor cleaning standard.
Collect mails and documents Assist in any ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, scheduling
Minimum 'N' level holder Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
Pleasant and friendly personality Strong problem solving capabilities
Computer literacy
Mandarin Speaking is a Plus Point.
Work Schedule
This job has the following work schedule:
- Office hours
- 3 days week in Office [Thursday Friday & Saturday]
- 9am - 6pm [to reply to worker before and after working hours]
