The Team

Referential IT Section in charge of the KYC & Counterparties Referential applications of Crédit Agricole CIB.

The team handles the development of transversal and international projects.

The Project

KIWIS application is our company’s KYC application. As part of the onboarding and periodic review processes for new clients, our users are (among many other data) uploading various documents in our application. This process exist for many years and need to be improved on both technical aspect and add new features.

We aim at creating an in-house solution that will allow feature such as:

- Host securely hundred of thousands of documents

- Allow to upload/download documents via S3 bucket / Kafka

- Ensure proper confidentiality of the documents with profile management

- Multi-criteria search

This is a end to end project, from analysis of existing solution and the challenges faced with it ; to the production deployment of the new solution.

The Role

• Join an agile team as one contributor of this project

Job Description and Requirements

Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union is currently recruiting candidates for our IT Technical Support Analyst College Internship program located at our Live Oak Administrative Service Center.  The Intern selected for this position will be responsible for assisting with the equipment configuration and the roll out of Verifast tablets for (38) branches.  In addition, the Intern will be assisting in changing (654) printers from Static to DHCP.  This will require coordination with other IT teams.

Within the duration of the internship, each student will meet regularly with their RBFCU mentor to receive guidance, support, and feedback. Each intern will receive a final evaluation to assess their performance, review goals, and discuss developmental needs. In addition to practical on-the-job training, interns will be challenged with assignments relevant to credit union business needs.  Based on several key factors, interns may be considered for program extensions or offered full-time employment upon graduation.

• Assisting the Chief Reviewer in preparing and compiling credit review and audit results

Support on Credit control and Net working capital improvement not limited to the below:

• Calling customers and sending monthly reminders, statement of account & invoices to customers.
• Liaise and work with customers & fulfilment / operation on Service reports / PMS / supporting documents for invoicing and collection.
• Match invoices with service report / PMS.
• Support month-end & year-end close process.
• Assist external & internal auditors to ensure compliance, including preparation of audit schedules.
• Assist in ad hoc projects or other accounting activities as assigned.
