Key Responsibilities:
• Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
• Handles procurement duties.
• Work closely with relevant sites in charge of material ordering.
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails professionally.
• Any other ad-hoc admin duties assigned by the management.
Requirements:
• GCE 'O' level/ Diploma and above.
• Preferably have some experience in a similar capacity.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
• Possesses a positive attitude towards work and is a good team player.
• Flexible and able to adapt to rapidly changing situations.
• Goal-oriented and able to focus on meeting all performance targets.
• Must be able to speak English and Mandarin.
• Able to start work on a short notice period.
Others:
• Working Days: Monday to Friday.
• Working Hrs: 8:45 am to 5:45 pm.
• 2-way transport will be provided on most days at designated pick-up points.
