Job Description:
● Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Construction Project Manager.
● Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports, and project-related materials.
● Prepare periodic presentation slides, and outlook commentary.
● Conduct research and compile data to support project activities.
● Proofread and edit project-related documents for accuracy and clarity.
● Collaborate with the project team to facilitate communication and project coordination.
● Establish and maintain confidential files related to the construction project.
● Manage the Construction Project Manager's schedule and appointments,
● Coordinate travel arrangements for the Construction Project Manager.
● Collaborate with various departments to ensure the successful completion of construction projects.
Requirements:
● 3+ years of experience in an administrative or personal assistant role.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
● Previous experience supporting top management or project managers.
● Well-organized with attention to detail, a team player, and service oriented.
● Only Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident
