Responsibility:
1. Be responsible for the digital transformation of the company's mechanical design, manufacturing and construction, realize the digital transmission, analysis and summary of design, manufacturing and construction information, and improve the design quality and efficiency.
2. Be responsible for the intelligent level of the company's equipment, and improve the operation initiative and independent judgment and decision-making ability of the equipment.
3. Be responsible for tackling key technical problems in key links of the industry.
4. Be responsible for the research of new processes, new materials, new technologies and new standards in the shield industry.
5. Participate in the construction of postdoctoral workstation and tackling key problems of the company.
Requirement:
- Must have Doctor's degree and more than 6 years of research experience and project experience in mechanical design or automation.
- With full of research spirit, adapt to the physical conditions required by the post, have a high sense of responsibility and self-motivated, work actively, and have good academic ethics and teamwork spirit.
- Work location will be in Suzhou city/Nanjing city of China.
