Associate IT Security Officer is responsible for securing the organization’s cloud and on-premises application and infrastructure by filtering out suspicious activity and mitigating security risks before any breaches can occur.

The Associate IT Security Officer works across business areas or disciplines to identify and correct any flaws in the organization’s security systems. Successful candidate will undergo intensive training and receive multiple globally recognized certifications.

Working at NTT

• Perform analysis of vulnerability results & work with principal vendor to ensure remediation.
• Work with Patch Manager to ensure system patches are applied.
• Review security hardening guidelines based on best practices and monitor for compliance.
• Participate in security assessments with auditors and respective stakeholders to meet audit compliance.
• Enforce mitigation measures for failing security controls or vulnerabilities.
• Ensure security policies and procedures are adequately implemented for information systems protection.
• Educate the operations/project team on security policies and procedures.
• Verify the effectiveness security measures continue to be effective after implementation.
• Maintain good operational security documentation.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest security news, threats, and vulnerabilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology Engineering or related field
• Fresh graduate or less than 3 years of working experience
• Able to build and maintain cross-functional relationships with a variety of stakeholders
• Has excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills
• Team player, resourcefulness, strong analytical skills is an advantage

The Security Support Analyst would be responsible for the day-to-day Cyber support of the Leidos Airborne Solutions environment, associated services, and applications.

The objective of this position is to provide Cyber support and services aligned to Leidos Airborne Solutions business requirements.

Primary Role

• Proactively manage and monitor cyber security threats to systems with Leidos Airborne Solutions
• Use available Cyber tools and processes to prevent, identity and respond to Cyber threats.
• Ensuring alignment with IT frameworks including ASD Essential Eight and ISM
• Communicate support actions, activities and schedules with all responsible parties in relation to jobs in progress and recorded in the ITIL software system.
• Attend regular team meetings.
• Provide Status updates to IT Management.

Secondary Role

• Receive and respond to incoming calls, and/or e-mails.
• Support other IT team members when required.
• Forecast and plan for future requirements.
• Deliver all project tasks on agreed time within agreed scope.
• Contribute ideas to assist the team in reaching its strategic objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

- Assist in day-to-day helpdesk operations such as attending tickets, and walk-in requests via Zoom, email or any other telecommunication channel.

- Take part in the ad-hoc project and special tasks related to IT Asset Management Validation activity, e.g. replacing labeling/stickers at user’s workstations.

- Configure and set up new laptops, setup and ensure all of the new laptop is ready to be provisioned.

- Attend new joiner’s onboarding and also staff’s offboarding.

- Help in maintaining the IT assets in a proper and tidy manner.

- Assist IT Security by helping to update outdated Antivirus at users’ workstations and assist in rectifying the issues reported by regional IT Security.

- Analyze the number of tickets lodged, based on the pattern and suggest analytical support on how to resolve repetitive issues.

Job Requirements:

- Good or willing to learn Excel skills such as VBA, Macros, Vlookup

- Strong interest in data visualization and willing to learn analytical tools such as Power BI, and Tableau

- Excellent communication in the presentation
