Sodexo manage one of the world’s largest integrated facility maintenance contracts and due to a business restructure, we now have a position for Facility Maintenance Manager to come onboard.
This role is crucial to the continued success of our Facility Maintenance team. The role will have accountability for ensuring that stakeholders understand their current performance as well as developing pathways to scale and replicate success. You will be working with the Regional Operations Leadership Team to develop and implement business initiatives, process development and process management to drive performance.

Responsible for all deliverables required in the clients' service agreement;
· Organise the team to align with the overall client’s expectations and contractual requirements and support the operations, especially in maintenance and customer supports;
· Plan and execute all programmed maintenance within the framework of the allocated resources;
· Plan resources available to meet operational requirements;
· Manage all M&E and facilities work orders within budget;
· Identify competency gaps in the team members and train staffs accordingly;
· Seek client and end-users’ feedback for continuous improvement through the survey and dialogue;
· Able to organise team for operational phasing in and setup of all documentation for engineering, operations, fault reporting, fire safety management, crisis management and specialist equipment maintenance;
· Manage relationship with all specialist contractors and sub-contractors to achieve the required KPI, client’s expectations and deliverables in the contract with the client;
· Work closely with the Central Operations to tackle engineering problems;
· Any ad hoc task assigned by clients/management team.

Job Requirements
· Minimum Degree in Engineering / Construction / Building Management / Real Estate / Facilities Management or other equivalent qualifications;
· Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience;
· Excellent knowledge in Building Maintenance, Property Management
· Conversant with current Codes of Practice, requirements of regulatory authorities and building regulations;
· Excellent interpersonal, communication, management and organization skills
· Able to work in a team environment;
· Adaptable and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment;
· Excellent knowledge of computer software applications.
