Key Roles and Responsibilities:

- Work as part of a global command centre team.

The Client: Are a well-known High St and Online retailer who are seeking a Senior IT Cyber Security Analyst who specialises in Microsoft / Wintel Servers and Virtualisation supporting a UK wide infrastructure.

Objective: You will support the Head of Information Security in delivering the Information Security service to the global business.

The Role

• Provides administrative support in the examination, initiation, and completion of legal actions and documents for review by the Chief, Military Justice or his or her designee(s).

The Office of Global Health and HIV (OGHH) provides management, coordination and strategic guidance for Peace Corps (PC) global health activities and ensures that the Agency and individual posts implement sound, evidence-based health activities. OGHH works closely with the Peace Corps Regional offices, the Office of Programming and Training Support (OPATS), the Office of the Chief Financial Officer, and other offices to support the agency's priorities. OGHH is also responsible for coordinating the agency's participation in the President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR), which is led by the Office of the Global AIDS Coordinator (OGAC) in the U.S. State Department. This position is primarily to support the Interagency Collaborative for Program Improvement (ICPI), based at OGAC, which brings together public health experts from PEPFAR's seven interagency partners, including Peace Corps, under one roof to serve as a catalyst for data-driven, objective, and transparent interagency decision-making. This position sits on the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) team in OGHH and provides analytic and evaluative support to Peace Corps and ICPI/PEPFAR to improve health programs.

The Public Health Analyst performs the following major duties:

• Performs complex analysis utilizing software packages (e.g. Tableau, RStudio, PowerBI) across dispersed sources including data extraction, management, cleaning, and analysis procedures.
• Develops data products such as dashboards, pivot tables, visual reports, maps and others that synthesize data from PEPFAR and/or Peace Corps health sector data sources using software such as PowerBI, Tableau, Excel, RStudio.
• Provides technical assistance to agency staff and PEPFAR country team staff in data collection, analysis, and interpretation via telephone, webinars, and in person country visits.
• Provides expertise on adult learning practices to increase effectiveness of capacity building efforts around data literacy and M&E within ICPI and Peace Corps.
• Utilizes M&E methods to develop criteria to judge program effectiveness, and plans to evaluate the agency's health programs.
• Participates and consults in various Peace Corps and interagency working groups on health and data related issues.

As a Public Health Analyst (Policy & Issues Management) you will:

• Independently develop projects to identify, review, and analyze complex and highly visible actions such as public health legislation, Executive directives, Departmental policy issuances and voluntary changes in practice by influential organizations or groups.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with other organizational units within CDC including other national and international organizations.
• Develop new public health programmatic initiatives and assesses issues of importance to the mission and activities of the program.
• Identify strategic programmatic areas in need of strengthening as well as new areas for program development.
• Serve as a principal advisor and provide leadership on strategic planning for the organization, and when designated, represent the organization at meetings, conferences, or presentations.
• Respond to Congressional/Executive Branch inquiries and correspondence requesting information regarding CDC strategies, programs, and responses to health problems; data; and, general information requested about health problems.
• Develop materials to explain programs to the general public and to specific groups including; Congressional staff, Legislative committees and subcommittees, State policy makers, Departmental and other Executive branch officials.

• Serves as a Security Specialist in a U.S. Army Medical Command (MEDCOM) Security Office within the HQ or a Major Subordinate Command.
• Serves as Security Specialist for the INFOSEC program.
• As Foreign Disclosure Representative, coordinates specific disclosure actions for the disclosure of Classified Military Information (CMI) to foreign government representatives in support of approved U.S. Army international programs.
• Reviews and approves Contract Security Classification Specifications for contracts involving classified information to ensure compliance.
• Verifies security clearances and need-to-know requirements for all individuals prior to granting access to classified information.

Starting at $69,107 Per Year (GG 11)

• Evaluate 911 emergency calls to determine the problem and nature of the call.
• Dispatch appropriate emergency services (police, fire, or medical) personnel.
• Operate a variety of dispatch and alarm systems to determine cause of alarm and initiate the appropriate response.
• Maintain daily events, emergencies, processes, and/or notifications received according to protocols.
• Prepare and maintain reports using office automation software.
