Responsibilities:

Operation Management

• Ensure efficient and effective delivery of services and clinical care in the clinic
• Provide leadership on the day-to-day operations of the clinic
• Review, standardize and streamline workflow and processes
• Manage all administrative functions and reports
• Act as point of contact for Management
• Compliance with PHMC and MOH Ethical standards

HR/Staff Management

• Oversee, recruit and coach a team of dental nurses
• Manage all manpower requirements and HR policies, Payroll, Leave Management, etc

Inventory Management

Business Development
