RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking for a detailed-oriented and proactive Senior Admin Executive/Admin Executive to join our Foundation Program Management team. Your role involves consolidating course evaluation reports, updating student particulars, and ensuring smooth welcome orientations. You will also manage student attendance, handle registrations, and support various administrative duties. THE ROLE: Senior Admin Executive/Admin Executive
Responsibilities:
Database Management
- Course Evaluation
- Consolidate course evaluation reports
- Students' Particulars
- Update new students' particulars into Navision
- Maintenance of Re-module Contract
- Prepare contracts for PME
- Keep track of students' FPS & Medical Insurance and renew them when necessary
- Student's Attendance
- Prepare and issue warning letters to students with low attendance (PBEP only)
- Keep track of LOA/Defer students' status
- Monitor students who defer or repeat and send list to Program Manager three weeks before WO
- Monitoring of Student's Pass
- Monitor Student Pass' expiry date
Student Service
Welcome Orientation (WO)
- During WO
- Handle student registrations
- Present part of WO speech
- After WO
- Make sure all students have completed all documentations required
- Brief late arrival students
- Enrol or provide exemptions to students
Other administrative duties
- Mark English Entry Test paper and release results to Country Manager
- Meet SOP for result release turnaround time
- Peak Period (10th to 20th in the even months): 3 working days
- Non-peak period: 1 working day
- Update ad-hoc English Proficiency Test results and International EIELTS received
- Cover weekly classroom schedule duties
- Any other ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of administrative experience will be advantageous
- Good communication skill in English is a must
- Familiarity with MS Office and Adobe Software will be strongly preferred
QUALIFICATIONS
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in any field
OTHER INFORMATION
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am 6pm
Work Arrangements: Hybrid (Blend of in-office and remote work)
Location: Singapore (Central Area Dhoby Ghaut MRT/Little India MRT/Rochor MRT)
