Use of this system to ensure that any materials ordered are accounted for in proposal prices prior to ordering.
• Aid Business Proposal Co-ordinators, Head of Business Development APAC, and VP Business Development in the preparation of long term business forecasts.
• Ensure that all sales presentations are kept up-to-date, and include all of the latest developments within company
• Give Company presentations to all visitors to company services, whether the purpose of the visit is sales-related, a quality audit, or for some other purpose.
• Entertain clients visiting Company. This requirement is restricted to clients with whom Business Development and project teams work directly. In the case of quality audits, this remains the responsibility of the QA team and Business Development attendance will be discretionary.
• Work with VP Business Development, Head of Business Development, APAC and other senior management to ensure that business development strategies are implemented.
