The Social Media and Business Development Executive will breathe life into our online
communities, drive brand awareness, foster community relationships, and help build and
grow the client into an unmatched brand in the digital landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Management
- Recommend effective content formats that align with brand objectives and audience
preferences.
- Collect quality content from tags, and organize content based on products, languages, and
formats.
- Collaborate with our in-house team to design, curate, and schedule regular content across
platforms (Meta FB & IG, YouTube, and TikTok)
- Measure and report the success of every content campaign.
2. Community Engagement
- Engage with our clients, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive
community culture.
- Address after-hour customer queries, ensuring the community receives
timely and appropriate responses.
3. Barbershop Wholesale Business Development
- Identify potential barbershop partners and initiate relationships.
- Communicate the value proposition of products to potential wholesale
clients.
- Work closely with the sales team to onboard new partners.
4. Market Research
- Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, and community feedback.
- Generate monthly reports on market insights to inform strategy.
5. Audience Growth
- Launch and monitor online campaigns or collaborations to boost brand visibility.
6. Weekly Content Planning
- Plan weekly content calendars based on brand objectives, community preferences, and
ongoing campaigns.
- Liaise with in-house teams to ensure content creation and deployment align with the set
schedule.
