What you'll be doing

As a Junior Executive

• Verify and process invoices, account payables & account receivables in the system and to reconcile the statement of accounts of suppliers and debtors
• Handle bank-related application and bank reconciliation
• Assists in month-end closing and assist in completing full set of accounts in a timely and accurate manner including reconciliations and supporting schedules
• Maintain organized documentation and filing of records to support all accounting entries
• Ensure timeliness and accuracy of financial data entries into accounting system are in compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
• Investigate, reconcile, and resolve accounting discrepancies
• Assists on yearly audited accounts, audit coordination’s and tax matters

As a Senior Executive

A unique opportunity awaits an experienced Commercial Account Executive to seamlessly transition into a thriving book of business from the incumbent Executive. Inheriting approximately £300,000 in income, comprising around 40 clients, this transition offers the current Account Executive the luxury of additional time to fulfil their elevated senior responsibilities. Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy/ACCA or professional CA qualification with CIA certification. CISA or CFE certification would be an advantage.
