Job Description

安全対策部は、開発段階から市販後まで一貫した医薬品・ワクチンのリスクマネジメントを行います。

安全性の観点から社内外のステークホルダーと協議し、日本でのリスクマネジメントプランを自ら考え、実践いただける方を募集します。

具体的な業務としては、以下の通りです。

開発品安全性業務

• 申請時電子添文（使用上の注意項）／Risk Management Plan (RMP)（安全性検討事項、安全性監視計画、リスク最小化策）の作成
• CTDの安全性パート作成、審査対応

市販品安全性に関する集積検討、安全確保措置の立案

• 添付文書／RMP改訂要否の検討及び改訂、並びに規制当局、米国本社及び他社等との交渉／相談
• 安全性定期報告書及び再審査申請資料の安全性パート作成
• Globalにおけるシグナル評価の確認

その他

• 市販後安全対策全般に関する対外コミュニケーション

【応募要件】

必須条件：

• 薬学又は医学に関する基本的知識
• 薬機法、GCP、GVP、GPSP等、安全性業務関連の国内外の規制に関する基礎知識
• 社内（国内･外）関連部門、規制当局、外部医学専門家と良好な関係を築くことができるコミュニケーションスキル、協働、交渉するスキル
• 問題の本質をとらえて適切な対策をとれる分析力、解決能力
• 海外との日常業務ができるレベルの英語力（TOEIC score:700以上）
• 業務を行うためのITスキル（ワード、エクセル、パワーポイント、等）

望ましい条件、資質：

• 医薬品承認申請業務への従事経験又はそれに相当する知識・スキル
• 電子添文・RMPの作成、改訂業務への従事経験又はそれに相当する知識・スキル

Job Description

臨床試験の生物統計担当者として、国内外の臨床開発チームとコミュニケーションを取りながら、主に次の業務を行う

【業務内容】

・開発戦略および試験デザインの検討

・統計解析計画の作成

・試験データの統計解析および結果の解釈

・統括報告書およびCTDの作成

・規制当局との対応

【必要条件】

・生物統計の担当者として約３年以上の経験

・統計またはデータサイエンス関連領域の研究による修士の学位

・統計学の知識の習得を積極的に行っている

・SASのプログラミング経験がある

・英会話力（TOEIC 730点以上もしくは同程度）

・国内の臨床開発チームとのコミュニケーション力がある

・生物統計の実務担当者として積極的に手を動かし、業務を行う意思のある方

【望ましい条件】

・オンコロジー領域の担当の経験がある
