Summary of Role:

The College of Arts and Humanities at Lindenwood University invites applications for an Assistant Professor of Political Science.
Qualified applicants will possess a PhD (ABD will be considered) in Political Science with specialization in American Government and Institutions. The successful candidate will be expected to teach 4 courses (12 credit hours) each semester on relevant topics. Preference will be given to candidates with experience teaching online. All Lindenwood faculty members are expected to advise and mentor students, continue to develop their expertise through research and scholarship, and participate in faculty governance and campus life.
The Assistant Professor of Political Science is a full-time, 9-month faculty position that will begin August 15, 2024. Review of applications will begin March 25 and will continue until the position is filled.

Drug Safety R&D (DSRD) Study Enabling & Execution is a global group providing non-GLP and GLP study enabling and execution expertise to advance the Pfizer portfolio, particularly for the selection of new therapeutic candidates but also for support of later stages of clinical development and registration.
The In Vivo Technician role is responsible for performing accurate, high quality in-life study work for rodent and non-rodent safety studies in compliance with the study protocol, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) regulations, Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) standards, animal welfare regulations, and departmental policies/procedures. The data collected on these studies by the In Vivo Technician enable candidate selection, first-in-human studies, 13-week or longer studies and early research and target safety and investigative work.

How You Will Achieve It
Performs all regulatory responsibilities in compliance with applicable regulatory standards.
Under supervision, responsible for performing assigned activities as directed in support of executing rodent and non-rodent safety studies that may include study set up, test article administration, animal observation, sample collection, data collection and documentation, data quality control review, and preparation of in-life data for archiving.

Health actuaries work with a broad range of clients and industries as members of client teams, providing in-depth research and analysis of clients' medical, dental, vision, life and disability programs, such as cost projections, risk forecasts, claims & healthcare analytics, liability estimates and pricing analysis.
The AFG India team currently supports the US Actuarial & Financial group with a broad range of health actuarial & financial management services primarily for US clients such as Claim Experience reporting, Reserving (IBNP), Regulatory reporting, pricing and underwriting support. We serve more than 40 locations across United States and have a client base of 350+ clients, producing more than 3,000 reports annually.
There are exciting developments happening in US health business and as such will see increasing revenue growth going forward, providing the opportunity to gain significant experience to advance your career at AFG India.
The role would require to lead the accurate and timely analysis on various big data and actuarial/financial projects for medical, dental, vision, life, group risk life and disability programs, with more large-scale consulting projects and any new product launches and / or service transitions in the pipeline. A key part of this role is also to act as a project manager for actuarial projects as well as liaise with onshore consultants on various work aspects as well as internal technical teams & SMEs. The candidate will be responsible for delivering an excellent and consistent experience for all our clients by meeting defined SLAs and onshore delivery protocols.
The applicant is also expected to be diligent and responsible adequately to pull more out of the scope projects from onshore and put in the effort to contribute to other spheres as well such as lean, process improvement.
