SUMMARY:

Planner’s role is to distil client’s brief and uncover insights that leads towards a proposition which may be used to develop creative ideas, communication campaigns and integrated experiences. Planners will also be expected to develop go-to-market strategies and approaches for brand or lead generation campaign, analyse data collated from integrated experiences and develop insights and recommendations going towards re-targeting or fine tuning of experiences. Ability to plan and project manage digital led campaigns will be considered favourably.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Derive a planning parameter to frame thinking behind development of insights, point-of-view, go-to-market approaches and brand propositions.
• Write strategic lead-up in proposal, develop point-of-views with a specific outcome and recommendations with a basic sense of layout and use of imagery to demonstrate deductions and insights.
• Develop comprehensive strategies for events and exhibitions that align with client objectives and target audience demographics. This includes defining goals, identifying key performance indicators (KPIs), and outlining tactics to achieve desired outcomes.
• Ability to plan and project manage digital/ social led campaigns, social media management for lead generation and brand awareness.
• Integrate digital marketing initiatives into event and exhibition strategies to maximize reach, engagement, and ROI. This includes leveraging social media, email marketing, content marketing, and other digital channels to amplify event messaging and drive attendee participation.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling concepts, themes, and messaging for events and exhibitions. Ensure that all creative elements align with strategic objectives and resonate with the target audience.
• Collect and analyze data related to event and exhibition performance, including attendance metrics, engagement levels, and ROI. Generate comprehensive reports that evaluate campaign effectiveness and provide insights for future optimization.
• Work with business intelligence to develop data strategy with the goal of effective data collection. Analyse data to derive insights that will lead towards specific marketing outcomes for clients.
• Derive communication plans with content pillars and calendars.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in strategic planning, preferably within the events, exhibitions, or marketing industries.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and experience implementing digital campaigns across various channels.

The project engineer supports implementation of events, exhibitions, permanent galleries, interiors, sports events, temporary infrastructures, or any brand activations. A Project Engineer oversees planning and coordinating technical engineering initiatives to make sure they can complete a project within their budget and according to a schedule. Their duties include upholding project standards by researching compliance regulations, developing project implementation plans and adjusting specifications for elements of a project.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide technical advice to the project teams, consultants, clients with regard to building regulations.
• Follow up inspection and ensure compliance to all authorities’ code and requirement.
• Completes technical studies and prepares cost estimates; assist in tender submission when required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Min Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Civil) / Structural experience in related fields/ or equivalent.
